1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account and using VisiFlip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the app.
2. Description of Service
VisiFlip is a clothing resale assistant that uses AI to analyze photos of clothing items and provide brand identification, condition assessment, estimated resale values, and listing suggestions. The free plan includes up to 3 scans. VisiFlip Pro provides unlimited scans and full market insights for $7.00 per month.
3. Subscription Terms
- VisiFlip Pro is an auto-renewing monthly subscription billed at $7.00/month
- Payment is charged to your payment method via Stripe at confirmation of purchase
- Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal in Settings
- No refunds or credits for partial subscription periods
- Free trial periods, if offered, will convert to a paid subscription at the end of the trial
4. AI Analysis Disclaimer
VisiFlip's brand identification, condition assessments, and resale price estimates are generated by AI and are for informational purposes only. We do not guarantee the accuracy of any analysis. Pricing estimates are based on market data and historical sales and may not reflect actual resale value. You are responsible for verifying all information before listing items for sale.
5. User Content
You retain ownership of the images and data you upload to VisiFlip. You grant us a limited license to process your images and data solely to provide the app's features. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to upload any images you submit.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: upload content that is illegal, infringing, or violates others' rights; attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service; use the app for any unauthorized commercial purpose; or share your account credentials. Violations may result in account termination.
7. Account Termination
You may delete your account at any time through Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
8. Limitation of Liability
VisiFlip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including inaccurate pricing estimates or brand identifications. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
